HiFi Popup is a vinyl listening series in Minneapolis, running since 2024.

Programming moves through jazz, funk, disco, house, rare groove, and international gems. All vinyl selections running through an analog rotary mixer, on an all vintage Klipsch sound system.

The System

Every session runs on late 70's Klipsch La Scalas paired with early-80s Heresys, mixed on a boutique analog rotary mixer.

Horn-loaded cabinets carry detail at low volume and stay composed when the room gets loud. Vinyl-only selections preserve both the fidelity and intentionality of the music, whether the event is focused on deep listening, or movement and dance.
